Delivery and turnaround

Everything is made to order by me in Aldershot, so your order has two parts: the time it takes me to make it, and the time the post takes.

TURNAROUND (before it's posted)
Letters, certificates and colouring books — 1–2 working days
Mugs, labels and baby gifts — 3 working days
Hoodies, jumpers and pyjamas — 5 working days
Christmas Eve Boxes — posted from 1st December 2026 onwards

Pyjamas, hoodies and jumpers — order by 15th December 2026
Everything else — order by 15th December 2026
After these dates I'll always try, but I can't promise it'll arrive for Christmas.
